Historic Lansing City Market lies just outside the back door of Lansing Center.
This community-centered "home" has supported a myriad of local farmers, artisans, crafters, cooks and more since 1909. Market businesses have recently moved to a brand new location alongside the Grand River and a full-service restaurant is expected to open in spring 2010. Hours of operation are: Tuesday-Friday 11 a.m.-7p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Thomas M. Cooley Law School Stadium, previously known as Oldsmobile Park, sits directly across from Lansing Center. The stadium is home to the Class-A Midwest Minor League team the Lansing Lugnuts. The Lugnuts are affiliates of the Toronto Blue Jays and an outstanding organization that has seen many of the players graduate to the Majors. In addition to Lugs games, the stadium is home to several baseball tournaments including: Homerun for HOPE and The Diamond Classic.
