It is customary for the exhibit contractor to assist
you with the layout for your exhibit floor plan. Your contractor provides exhibitors with
their booth materials: tables, chairs, pipe, drape, carpeting, etc. The contractor will have staff on-site during
the move-in of the show to assist with any last-minute requirements of the
exhibitor.
If electrical service to exhibitors is required,
arrangements must be made through the Lansing Center Management. All electrical outlets must be supplied and
installed by authorized building personnel only. Electrical forms will be provided to the
contractor for advance electrical orders, to be distributed with the exhibitor
registration information. These orders, with the accompanying payment, must be
returned to the Lansing
Center, Not the exhibitor
contractor. Advance orders are strongly
encouraged to aid in the prompt service of your exhibits. Late floor orders on the day of the show will
be accepted; however, there will be an additional fee to the exhibitor for this
service.
