Executive Chef Ralph Hadley, CEC, AAC

chef hadleyChef Ralph Hadley first came to the Lansing Center in 1995, having lived in various locations not only in the United States, but in exotic locations throughout the world. As a club chef for many years in military service, Chef Hadley traveled the world and learned his ethnic culinary skills directly from the country’s local population. He enthusiastically shares this wide range of diverse culinary expertise with clients wishing to customize their food functions at events held at the facility.

As Executive Chef of the Lansing Center, Chef Hadley is responsible for overseeing all kitchen staff, food production and food quality for events catered through the Lansing Center.

Chef Hadley was inducted into the prestigious honor society of the American Academy of Chefs Hall of Fame in  2001.  Other honors he has received include the CPCCA’s Chef of the Year Award, the L.J. Minor Gold Medal Lifetime Award, the Thomas Jefferson Award for Culinary Excellence and many others too numerous to mention. 

As an active member of the American Culinary Federation, Chef Hadley regularly volunteers his time to help several organizations with their fundraising efforts. These charities include Habitat for Humanity, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and others.

He prides himself on his culinary ability to customize menus based on the diverse client preferences and has received many compliments on his unique menus and presentations.
