1. What dates do you have available and who do I contact for meeting room rates? You may contact the sales manager online at tarena@lepfa.com or 517-483-7400. Your request for information will be forwarded to the appropriate salesperson.
2. Can I bring in an outside caterer? The Lansing Center has an exclusive in house catering department to provide food & beverage, concessions and alcohol. No outside food or beverage may be brought in the center.
3. Does the Lansing Center have a Technical Services Department? Yes, the Lansing Center has a full time AV staff to service meetings, conferences, trade and consumer shows.
4. Do I need insurance for my event? Yes, a general liability insurance policy is required naming the Lansing Center as additional insured. For groups without a blanket insurance policy or one time social events the Lansing Center has a tenant user policy available.
5. What happens after I sign my contract? The Sales Department will work with you up until the contract, insurance and deposit requirements have been met. When you are ready to plan your event, you will be assigned two coordinators; an event coordinator from our operations department and a catering sales coordinator from our food & beverage department.
