Audio/Visual Rental Information

Enhance your meeting/conference via the use of the latest audio/visual equipment. Equipment can be rented on a per day basis. To provide you with the added value, additional days are assessed at ½ the daily rate.  To obtain information on equipment not shown, please contact your Event Coordinator, or the Technical Services Department at 517-483-7400.  Our Technical Services professionals will be happy to assist you.

(Availability of phone lines is limited. Please contact your Event Coordinator to reserve a line. In house lines are reserved for our clients use first. All Exhibitor or Presenters need to contact AT&T Exhibitor Services first, to arrange for a phone line. There is a $35 installation fee for each phone line.)


Personnel Lifts; In House Lifts starting at $150.00 per day with Union operator at $28 per hour and a 4 hour minimum.
With additional Lifts available, please call 517-483-7400.
Fork Lifts: starting at $125.00 per day with Union operator at $28 per hour and a 4 hour minimum.
IMAG Packages are available upon request. Please contact your Event Coordinator for details.

Audio System Packages

The following free standing audio system packages provide quality sound for any size function. All systems and corresponding prices reflect daily rental rates and are accessories to existing room systems. To provide you with added value, additional days are assessed at ½ the daily rate. Your Event Coordinator or the Technical Services Department will be available to provide you with the additional information regarding any service required for your function.

“LEVEL 1” - $150.00

For use in meeting rooms only.  Includes up to three (3) wired microphones and includes tie to house sound. Should you require more than four inputs per room, add $80.00 for a mixer board rental.  If wireless microphones are desired, add $75.00 per microphone.

“LEVEL 2” - $200.00

For use in smaller Exhibit Hall functions (approximately 300 – 400 people) or remote sound indoors and out.  Includes two (2) wired microphones, portable speakers, interconnecting cables and capable of six total inputs for microphones, cassette players, CD players, etc.  For each additional wired microphones (up to six), add $60.00 each. If wireless microphones are desired, add $75.00 per microphone.

“LEVEL 3” - $350.00

Recommended for use in full Exhibit Hall B and partial Exhibit Hall A and Hall C events.  Includes four (4) wired microphones, four (4) or more portable speakers, interconnecting cables and twelve (12) input capability. For each additional wired microphone, add $60.00 each.

“LEVEL 4” - $500.00

For Exhibit Hall functions requiring the best sound available. Includes up to six (6) microphones and twelve (12) input capability. Additional microphones are available at $30.00 each. Twenty-four (24) input capacity is available for an additional $200.

 

A/V Packages

For larger events, combined audio and video packages are available through your Event Coordinator.
