As a patron of the Lansing Center, you have a variety of Food & Beverage services available to you. We have an Award-Winning Executive Chef on staff, a café and seating area, boxed lunches and mobile concession stands.

If you are a Meeting Planner, you will want to look at the Lansing Center’s full menu and beverage services available to you.

If you are an Exhibitor that would like to serve food from your booth, there is an Exhibitor Menu available with a variety of tray displays, snacks and beverage services.

If you are a Bride making arrangements for your reception, you will want to see the Wedding Packages that make your planning as easy as 1-2-3.

The Lansing Center’s Food and Beverage Department is the exclusive supplier for all food & beverage service at the Lansing Center. No outside food or beverage will be allowed to be brought onto Lansing Center premises.
