While we have enjoyed servicing our clients’ needs, we take our responsibilities to our guests seriously. For that reason, we have created an industry leading vendor agreement. Our vendor agreement is the best of both worlds for planners. We offer planners the flexibility to select the vendor of their choice while guaranteeing a high level of service from our joint partnership with the vendor.

By working closely together, we ensure that vendors are properly insured, appropriately utilizing facility labor, easily identifiable while on-site and following facility guidelines and safety policies. 

For your convenience we’ve included a link to our most recent version of the agreement. If you’d like to include a vendor, simply share their information with your Event Coordinator; we’ll take care of the rest.

Become an Outside Service Provider
